FORD MAINLINE 1955 UTE

Henk & Marg Mennen from country Victoria have restored this very cool 1955 Mainline Ute.

They sent upholstery samples along with their steering wheel. We pigmented our pearl to come up with this interesting combination of dual colours.

Marg very kindly supplied these photos which were her own handy work.

PONTIAC STAR CHIEF 1956

Paul Mills of Florida sent his steering wheel along with a small colour example "down under" back in 2007. Following repair work--the pearl was pigmented with Paul's matched colour, hand applied to wheel and the result was fantastic-- reminded us a bit -- the colour of a "Marilyn Monroe" mink, off white with slight undertones of silver grey. . Paul has done a mighty job restoring his Pontiac, recently photographed on the beach in Key West Florida USA.

"SEABISCUIT" 1937 VINTAGE CHRIS -CRAFT BOAT

"Seabiscuit" is a rare 1937
Chris-craft runabout boat, named after the famous race horse of the era.
Her owner Jim McGrath of Milton Massachusetts decided that she deserved a much better wheel than was previously installed, so he sent the wheel "down under" for a makeover.
Plasticised in a custom walnut colour, marble finish with undertones of burgundy to tie in with the burgundy coloured seats. Jim recently sent us these shots of "Seabiscuit" with her "new" wheel installed.
